Order Acceptance

As soon as you placed an order from our website, an electronic version invoice containing basic order details will be sent to you through email to your email address. If you receive the order confirmation email, it means that we accept your order and product(s) you ordered will be manufactured afterwards. You would also be informed soon or later if any item you ordered is unavailable.

Delivery Information

Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. Each individual shipment may have a separate charge, but the total shipping charges for all shipment should not exceed the applicable flat-rate shipping charge for the entire order. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked with tracking number. Please send us email along with order number that we will offer you the tracking number after we ship out your parcel.
